create a sales explosion?

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to go about the launch? What are the critical things to watch out for when launching a New product. Do you have a product fresh out of the oven that you have just created and want to launch it and create a sales explosion?.I went through many resources and also checked a lot of Product Launch examples but did not get anything helpful.

Any help will be appreciated.
