infographic in Illustrator

Hello,

I am new here.I have produced a long vertical process animated infographic in Illustrator and I would like various elementsto animate when the user sees these in the viewport. Is this possible in animate or is best to split the infographic into separate elements and animate then using a Javascript library.If anyone can help me out with this it would be really great.

Any help will be appreciated.
