Everton: Sam Allardyce is in talks but would he be the right

Premier League side Everton are in talks with Sam Allardyce over their vacant manager role, according to the Mirror. SBOBET

The Toffees have been looking for a new manager after they sacked Ronald Koeman after a poor start to the season. They are currently in the relegation zone and have David Unsworth in temporary charge.

Sam Allardyce is a very experienced manager in the top flight and has done some great jobs. He has been without a club since leaving Crystal Palace at the end of last season. He joined when the Eagles were threatened with relegation and kept them up.
Allardyce has had a managerial career spanning back to 1991.SBOBET He has managed Limerick, Preston North End, Blackpool, Notts County, Bolton Wanderers, Newcastle United, Blackburn Rovers, West Ham United, Sunderland and Crystal Palace. He was handed the England job in 2016 after he impressively kept Sunderland in the Premier League, however he lasted one game after being controversially sacked.
There is no doubt that Allardyce is an experienced manager and he has never been relegated from the Premier League. Therefore, if he did join Everton then they will have nothing to worry about. But the Toffees will not be relegated anyway, they have a squad good enough to compete for the top six. Although Allardyce has an impressive CV, he is not the right man for Everton in my opinion. The style of football he adopts if for teams scrapping for results at the bottom of the league, which yes he is one of the best in England for, however Everton will not be in any relegation battle anyway and need a manager who gets them playing some exciting football to lift them up the league.

Koeman failed to do this at Everton but that was due to poor management. Allardyce will get them organised and hard to beat but that’s all. Everton fans will soon get bored of his tactics and want a new manager. Everton are a stylish club and one of the most historic sides in England. They need to be playing attractive and attacking football, which is not what Allardyce adopts.SBOBET The Blues need to target someone like Thomas Tuchel or go all out for Marco Silva. Silva especially got relegated Hull City playing some great football and they went down with a fight and he has carried this on with Watford.
