Initially, it was being reported that Adidas NMD R1 Pink For Sale would drop this sneaker once again on December 15th, nearly a year after it first made its retail debut. However, apparently its re-release has been pushed forward a month and now the original adidas NMD “Black/Blue/Red/White” will be available once again at some point in January 2017.

The Adidas NMD R1 Primeknit OG has already been introduced, but at the same time, adidas has plans to drop a diverse variety of other NMD releases too. These will include two colorways of the White Mountaineering x adidas NMD Trail shoe variations. Next month though, sneakerheads can also look forward to the release of the adidas NMD City Sock “Gum” Pack. This pack includes nearly all-Black and all-White iterations of the model with the woven patterns of their Primeknit uppers more clearly visible than they usually tend to be. Of course, the pack gets its nickname from the classic Gum outsoles that they are equipped with.

For quite some time now, Adidas NMD R2 Primeknit Trace Cargo sneakers have been making their way into the secondary market. On November 7th, the Chilean National Customs Office seized a shipment of fake sneakers that were apparently shipped off from China. Based on the custom documents of the shipment, the sneakers were worth a total of $24,209. However, according to an estimate of Chilean National Customs Office, the shipment is actually worth approximately $31,786,395. The shipment included fake sneakers from brands like adidas, Nike, Zodiak, and others. Fortunately, the NMD XR1 featured here, which appears to be covered in R2 Patterns, is not a fake but an actual upcoming adidas release.

The Adidas NMD Mens R1 Grey featured here can be regarded as somewhat of a nod to the NMD R2 that adidas recently dropped on December 3rd. However, this adidas NMD XR1 “Triple Black” will probably not hit the shelves until 2017 has officially begun.
