"With hard work, good things will come."Some recent crunch talks did take place between Zidane and his squad and, although he refused to open up on what was discussed, he believes that it will have a positive impact on the group."I'm not going to tell you what we talked about, but these are talks that can happen with any team," Zidane continued."You can analyse whatever way you like and say that we are going through a time of crisis."But what we want to do is find solutions, talk about it and try to do things better. "We talked a little longer than usual, but it was nothing irregular."In spite of Los Blancos' struggles, the man in charge was adamant that he will not be seeking reinforcements this month in the market in a bid to address it."I don't need anyone and that's the bottom line," he said. "I want to be very clear about that, I don't want any new players."We started out with a squad and I believe in these players.
